1. Cultivate Community: We aim to build a strong network of Latino/a/x families who can connect, empathize, and support each other through the joys and challenges of parenthood. We believe that by sharing our stories and experiences, we can strengthen our bonds and resilience.

Celebrate Our Cultural Heritage and Foster Cultural Pride: We celebrate the rich tapestry of cultures, traditions, and languages that make up the Latino/a/x community.  We encourage the celebration of our heritage and the transmission of cultural values to the next generation. We believe that by instilling a sense of pride in our roots, we can help our children develop a strong cultural identity.

3. Empower through Education: We believe in the power of education to uplift communities. We provide resources, workshops, and information to help Latino/a/x families make informed decisions to help their children thrive.

4. Advocate for Change: We strive to be a collective voice for Latino/a/x families, advocating for equitable policies and practices within our school district and community. We will work to address issues such as representation and access to equitable quality education.

5. Engage in Outreach: We seek to connect with other affinity groups, organizations, and allies to promote solidarity, collaboration, and understanding across communities. Through outreach and partnerships, we aim to amplify our collective impact.
